Dave Whitmore is sure he isn't spying on the neighbor downstairs. He's simply keeping very detailed statistics on how often Nigel Fitzgerald cancels their Friday pint for "urgent work" — and how suspiciously that lines up with the nightly exploits of a masked London hero known as the Grey Umbrella. Dave swears he'll stay out of it. The vow doesn't survive the day.
